The old family home, built by great-grandparents in 1933, has become the Tenuta Cocci Grifoni Country House.
Completely renovated, with a self-sufficient solar energy system, the Dimora still hosts the family home and two apartments for guests, the Pecorino and Montepulciano.
Both are overlooking a small heated pool in the private courtyard overlooking Vigna Messieri. The Dimora di Campagna has a goal: to welcome people who visit the cellars and vineyards with greater comfort, to spend a period in the land and discover where the wine is born. The family home and the cellar with the Terrazza Tenuta Cocci Grifoni are practically one thing: two distinct but adjacent bodies, immersed in the quiet hills of the Pecorino and Rosso Piceno Superiore, within the beautiful calanchivo district that houses the estates. The Tenuta Cocci Grifoni Country House has the B energy classification, it is powered by solar panels both for sanitary water and for air conditioning in summer and heating in winter.
The accommodations have a kitchen equipped with pots, dishes, glasses, accessories, espresso coffee maker, toaster, induction cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, cleaning products for the apartment, use of bathrobe for adults and pool towel for all guests, supply of bed linen and towels.
