2nd day
Visit of the Castle of Grinzane, in the town of Grinzane Cavour, birthplace of the famous Renaissance statesman Camillo Benso, Count of Cavour, an ancient fortification of the 13th century.
Lunch with typical menu.
In the afternoon proceed to Barolo, a small town in the heart of the Langhe, famous for the homonymous wine to taste at the regional wine shop in the castle of the Marchesi Falletti (10th century).
In the afternoon visit to the WIMU museum located inside the castle of Barolo. Return to the hotel, free dinner and overnight.
3rd day
Breakfast at the hotel and visit of a characteristic local winery, near San Cassiano, and tasting.
