Hotel Duomo is located in an ancient palace in the beautiful village of San Gemini, known for its springs of mineral water.
The building was built by the Santacroce noble family in the thirteenth century when they chose San Gemini as their summer residence for its proximity to Rome, the beauty of the landscapes, salubrious climate and spontaneity of its people. The Santacroce bought the entire village and tore down part of the walls to build their palace (the actual name of the hotel refers to the adjacent Cathedral of San Gemini).
The Hall and the Reception of the Hotel have been recently redesigned and refurbished, as well as the new, bright Restaurant - with threelarge windows overlooking the valley - which can accommodate up to a maximum of 80 people.
The Hotel has 24 rooms and 7 suites extraordinary beautifully renovated including the beautiful Spa Suites with jacuzzi, panoramic view, bathroom with walk-in marble shower and turkish bath.
A panoramic terrace is also available, where it is possible to enjoy meals or cocktails during the summer period.
