On the green umbrian hills close to Gualdo Cattaneo, town of the Medieval Castle, this old mill, built in 1897, is sourrounded by centuries-old olive groves.
The family, that manages it for 120 years, loves genuine products and good food: they produced excellent extra virgin olive oil with intense flavour and unique taste, very precious for an umbrian table.
You'll discover fruit and the harved with a short guided walk in the olive groves, then inside the mill you'll have the opportunity to experience the production process.
At the end tasting of olive oil and bruschette, light lunch or lunch with typical local product.
