It starts with a guided tour of the Tenuta Cocci Grifoni winery and a brief explanation about the production of wine. The cooking class will take place on the Panoramic Terrace and includes the final tasting of the preparation and the tasting of paired wines.
You will learn how to cook Ciambellone or Tagliatelle or Maccheroncini or Frittella according to Nonna Maria's recipe, based on the period and the availability of strictly local raw materials!
It will also be a unique opportunity to learn some little notions about combining wine and food, so as to enhance its taste.
