Guided tour to Lunelli Winery, on the Sagrantino's hills, known as Carapace architectural modern works by Arnaldo Pomodoro artist. Visit to vineyards, to winecellar and excellent wine tasting.

2nd day
Visit of the historic center of Bevagna to discover the ancient crafts: possibility to visit the circuit of the Market of the Gaite. During the famous re-enactment the streets of the center come alive with bevanati in period clothes that live in old shops and taverns carrying out the activities of their ancestors.
In the afternoon tour by horse-drawn carriage in the little towns of Castelbuono and Torre del Colle that seems to be stopped in time. Arrival in a old oil mill, guided tour to discover olive oil production. Tasting of olive oil, "bruschette" and local product with excellent red wine of Montefalco.
Overstay night in country house.

Cooking class of homemade pasta and ancient dishes of medieval tradition. Lunch (drinks included).
