A three-day stay in an ancient Benedictine Monastery surrounded by the countryside at the gates of Assisi, welcoming, exclusive and equipped with every comfort.

You will live a fun experience of "truffle hunting" accompanied by expert quarrymen and the incredible nose of the hounds you will walk through the woods to discover the secrets of black gold. At the end of the walk, there is a tasting of omelettes and tagliatelle that enhance the taste of the precious tuber.

There is also a traditional cooking course: homemade pasta, the preparation of bread and the traditional torta al testo or the preparation of sauces and herbs coming directly from the Benedictine 'Hortuli'.

You will visit an ancient oil mill surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and you will have the opportunity to observe the production techniques and taste the precious extra virgin olive oil with bruschetta, typical products and good wine.

You can relax in the Spagyric Laboratory of the village, where expert alchemists make cocktails related to the well-being and pleasure of drinking.
