1st day
Arrival in Foligno, walk through the streets of the historical centre among churches and ancient buildings, symbol of the historical importance of the city. Possibility to visit the Pinacoteca di Palazzo Trinci or the Contemporary Art Centre. Accommodation in hotel, welcome drink, dinner with local products and overnight stay.
2nd day
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Pale, a village located in the heart of the Menotre Valley. Meeting with the hiking guide for a trekking route that will take you to discover the Hermitage of Santa Maria Giacobbe, the Menotre Falls and the caves of Pale. Free lunch. On request possibility to do other activities horseback riding, quad bike excursions.
On the way back we recommend a stop at the Abbey of Sassovivo, which in the Middle Ages controlled the entire territory and offers a breathtaking view of the valley.
Return to Foligno and overnight stay.
3rd day.
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for an organic wine cellar on the Via del Sagrantino.
Departure for a relaxing horse-riding carriage tourof about 50 minutes that will take you to discover the vineyards and the company philosophy. Back to the organic picnic in the vineyard: away from the noise, immersed in the magical atmosphere of the current you will relax accompanied by local flavors and wine.
In the afternoon on the way back you will stop in the wonderful medieval village of Bevagna. Possibility to visit the ancient medieval crafts of the Gaite.
Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
4th day
Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure for the Menotre Valley. Meeting with the cycling guide and departure for an ebike tour that will take you to discover one of the enchanted places of Umbria, the village of Rasiglia completely surrounded by the springs of the river Menotre. For the more experienced you can reach Mount Pale.
Free lunch. In the afternoon return to Foligno and free time.
Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.
5th day
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out.
Possibility to visit some of the most beautiful villages of the "Fascia Olivata" in Umbrian Valley such as Spello, Assisi, Trevi or Spoleto.
