During your stay you will participate in the olive harvest on the estate, taste the new extra virgin olive oil and learn the secrets.
The good taste typical of Umbria will accompany the whole weekend with wine tastings in the ancient caves, typical products of local production and a welcome dinner made by the skill of the chefs.
Relaxation is guaranteed for the palate and the body: in the wellness centre you will enjoy a relaxing massage with oil-based products.
You will have the opportunity to visit Orvieto, the historical centre perched on a tuff cliff, the marvellous Duomo with paintings by Luca Signorelli, the Pozzo di San Patrizio (St. Patrick's Well) to get to know the vastness and grandeur of the city's underground areas and to take guided trekking tours in the Monte Peglia area.
