We will admire extensive cultivated plains with vegetables and wheat, gentle green hills dotted with centuries-old olive trees, charming lakes and rivers, and the characteristic Mediterranean scrub of the Adriatic coast.

1st Day: Arrival at the residence in Larino

2nd Day: Circular tour of Montorio nei Frentani.
We will explore the picturesque countryside towards "Casone," an ancient agricultural settlement. We will ascend along the panoramic "Schiena dell'Asino" to the top of the hill, enjoying a splendid view of Lake Liscione. We will cross the historic center of Larino, traversing the fascinating streets of Carrese di San Pardo and admiring the city's main monuments. We will continue towards Montorio along the charming and almost abandoned SP78 road, crossing the picturesque Cigno stream. We will then begin the ascent through the Montorio forest, finally reaching the charming and small village, where we will take a pleasant break. The return will be along the same road, concluding the day of exploration in the tranquility of the farmhouse. (approximately 45 km)

3rd Day: Circular tour to Guglionesi
We will follow the Sant'Andrea-Biferno track, crossing the majestic Biferno River along the characteristic "Ponte dello Sceriffo" and starting a climb towards the picturesque village of Guglionesi, passing through the fascinating gypsum quarries along the way. Once in the village, we will explore its panoramic points, taking a pleasant break to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the place. Later, we will descend to the valley, admiring the suggestive calanchi. Finally, we will return to the comfortable farmhouse, concluding an unforgettable day of exploration by bicycle through the beauty of the countryside and surrounding villages. (approximately 37 km)

4th Day: Circular tour towards the Adriatic coast
We will start our charming bicycle tour directly from the farmhouse. We will cross picturesque cultivated fields, reaching the characteristic village of San Martino, also known as the "city of Pampanella." Crossing the suggestive streets of Carrese, we will pedal to the point known as the "cambio dei buoi." We will then continue along the track towards Nuova Cliternia, immersing ourselves in the tranquility of the landscape. Advancing, we will reach the coast, crossing the suggestive vineyards of Ramitelli. We will then arrive at the sea, admiring this stretch of wild coast, dominated by lush Mediterranean scrub. The beauty of the seascape will accompany us as we pedal along the coast. Finally, we will return to our starting point at the farmhouse, concluding a fascinating and scenic bicycle tour through the countryside and coast of the region. (approximately 43 km)
