Designed by the Roman architect Cassina, Villa Tria is peculiar with its structure reminiscent of the typical Californian villas of the ‘ 70. Outside, the Villa has both closed and open rooms, with private terraced gardens and a large park equipped with seating and comfort spaces that accommodates a long swimming pool. Villa Tria is spread over a single floor with different heights with ceilings that can reach 6 meters in the two living rooms.
A veranda inside the house and the two livinig areas are the ideal places to take a moment of rest, play a game of pool table or just read a book in a modern design environment.
The sleeping area is divided into 4 large and bright rooms, with the possibility of adding beds for a total hospitality of 9 people. These rooms and their bathrooms, are personalized in the smallest details to make the guest feel welcome and welcomed in the best way. To make the stay even more pleasant, the infinity pool is enriched by the white of the pebbles that skirts the edge, the teak paving the solarium and the hints of the coloured flowers. Particularly attractive is the small treehouse, the place where the youngest can have fun playing.
