The Villa has been skilfully restored, remaining loyal to the old farmhouses surrounded by small other structures.

The main structure rises above the others, with walls enriched by splendid exposed stones, ochre-coloured stuccos and wooden frames.

The exteriors are dominated by the undisputed green, composed of small and scattered comfortable relaxation areas and a completely fenced children's play area.

The interiors are simple but functional, modern and with wooden furniture. With its spacious living and sleeping areas, Villa Tilia can accommodate up to 18 people and 9 babies in its 9 rooms.

Villa Tilia also pampers us with a large swimming pool, to cool down even on warmer days, surrounded by plants that offer pleasant areas of shade.

Villa Tilia is situated in an area widely served and rich of naturalistic attractions, like the Frasassi Caves less than 20 minutes, perfect for families and friends who want to relax in contact with the nature of the Marche.
