Villa il Pozzo was built around the middle of the 1800s by a baron of a Noble Perugina family. The house was born as a summer residence of the country, being close to the beautiful historical town of Bettona. To date, the current owners provided the complete renovation according to the original designs, restoring the residence to the ancient splendours.

The Villa is surrounded by a large and well-kept Italian garden with olive trees and Mediterranean plants that hosts the swimming pool with peninsula relax, equipped with deckchairs and barbecue area. The ideal place to spend relaxing moments in the green Umbrian hills.

The sleeping area consists of 6 large double rooms, which can comfortably accommodate 12 people. Guests can also count on 6 private bathrooms. The rooms are furnished in classic style with antique furniture, combining the charm of the past with the comforts of the present.
