The apartments furnished tastefully and carefully are on the ground floor; they have independent entrances with a small external porch with tables and chairs. They are equipped with a bathroom with shower, autonomous systems of hot / cold conditioning, Tv, kitchen with fridge, oven, crockery, pots and cutlery. The Residence has private parking. All apartments have independent light, water and gas meters. Kitchen linen, bed and bathroom are changed twice a week.

At guests disposal, we offer barbecues with equipment and bicicles.

The residence is also near to the Olympionic Swimming Pool, with a dedicated rate for guests.
