Facilities available for guests: Fully equipped riding stables offering a riding school with an instructor licenced by the Italian Equestrian Sports Federation (FISE) as well as horse trekking. Other sports on offer include swimming and downhill moto cross biking. The farm sports a full service airfield for ultralight airplanes. As it is located inside a nature reserve, with a large lake, the bird watching is exceptional.

In addition to the two homes of the owners, there are 5 apartments in the vernacular style, tastefully and comfortably furnished. All the flats include a living room, small kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a covered porch. They are also equipped with air-conditioning, WI-FI and satellite TV.
What were originally a cow byre and a pigsty have been transformed into beautiful apartments with chestnut beams, vine-covered pergolas and comfortable outdoor areas from which to enjoy the natural landscape.
