The soft and crunchy Torta al testo, the homemade pasta, the gnocchi, the main courses, the delicious typical Tozzetti or the rocciata will have no more secrets. You will learn all during a guided tasting of 5 organic wines and olive oil.
At the end you can of course eat the fruits of all your efforts during lunch with friends and family!
The lesson is held in the cellar of a winery, putting into practice 4 recipes with seasonal vegetables and herbs from the organic garden or local organic producers.
