You can tour the winery and experience the magic and charm of the process of transforming grapes into wine. We'll tell you our story, showing you the cellar, explaing how our wines are cultivated, and how our wines are made and aged.
After the visit you will be waiting for a tasting of DOC wines from the hills of Novara produced by the cellar:
- 3 Wines: ROSATO in combination with crostini with fresh robiola mantecata with herbs from the garden, VESPOLINA DOC in combination with Gorgonzola DOP on bread of artisanal production and NEBBIOLO DOC in combination with cutting boards of local products of excellent quality at zero km: Horse salami, donkey salami, Toma stagionata, Toma semi-stagionata of our valleys, chestnut honey and lime from artisanal production and fresh bread.
- 5 Wines: NEBBIOLO ROSÉ paired with fresh robiola croutons creamed with garden herbs, VESPOLINA DOC paired with Gorgonzola DOP on artisanal bread, NEBBIOLO DOC "BALOSS" and barrel-aged NEBBIOLO paired with cutting boards of typical local products of excellent quality at zero km: horse salami, donkey salami, aged toma, semi-cured toma from our valleys, Artisanal chestnut and linden honey and fresh bread, "IL NONNO" RED WINE paired with two varieties of local artisanal salami: venison salami and wild boar salami.
