SUP (Stand- Up Paddle) is a specific table to descent rivers, a new way to challenge the river and go down the rapids. If you are tired, you can use the table as a canoa and it become a SUK.

The meeting point is in the nautical center in Ferentillo (province of Terni - Umbria region), where you will receive all the equipment (swim suit, neoprene shoes, safe helmet and safe jacket).

After your arrive, you will have a short briefing about use the SUP during the descent of Nera River. After the briefing you will be ready for the activity together with qualified guides. You will test the emotion to descent the river standing-up on the SUP.

The lenght of the itinerary is about 4 km. At the end of the activity you will return at the nautical center where you can use dressing room, showers and toilets.
