Guided tour of the vinery where you can appreciate the stages of winemaking through the latest technology, the charm of the barrels and barriques, the vault with the best vintages, up to the aging cave and sparkling with the classic method. Guided walk through the vineyards that lose sight of the hills.
Continuation of the guided tour of the balsameria where, since 1980, the balsamic dressing is produced according to the traditional Modena method. Guided tasting at the Wine Cellar of two production wines. At the end of the lunch, a 3-course tasting combinated with 2 glasses of wine at the Enoteca della Cantina or at the Osteria next to the museum.
In the afternoon visit to the Wine Museum (MUVIT) which guides the visitor through 5000 years of wine history and the MOO (Olive Oil Museum) one of the symbolic products of Umbrian history.
