Guided tour of the winery where you can appreciate the stages of winemaking through the most modern technologies, the charm of barrels and barriques, the vault with the best vintages, up to the aging cave and the classic method sparkling wine. Continuation for the guided tour of the balsameria where, since 1980, the balsamic dressing is produced according to the traditional method of Modena (subject to availability and to the period)
Guided tasting at the Enoteca della Cantina of two production wines. At the end, tasting lunch including 2 courses combined with 2 glasses of wine at the Enoteca della Cantina or at the Osteria adjacent to the museum.
