Unusual in the rolling Umbrian hills, the rough engraving in the limestone of the "Fosso del Bagno" in Parrano, near Fabro (Terni), offers a magnificent playground for those who love to immerse themselves totally in the rich nature of the water.

Although shortly developed, the Forra of Parrano offers very amusing ideas for a descent of canyoning at all trivial, while not requiring special skills, if not to know how to swim.

After over half an hour of walking begins the canyoning path in the ditch with a fun path between ponds, natural slides and short rapids outdated. Approximately halfway through the walls are narrowed abruptly and you enter the most suggestive part; At the exit of the gorge it is possible to regenerate by bathing in the waters of a thermal resurgence.

Thanks to its natural conformation and the constant presence of water (stagnant during the summer), the gorge is ideal as the first experience of aquatic canyoning of excellent quality.
