What distinguishes the practice of Mountain Bike in Rasiglia is its inclusion in a wider context with interesting landscape ideas. It starts from Santa Lucia Bridge, a few km uphill to Sostino, once at altitude the landscape takes your breath away: alternate ups and downs to touch the 822 meters.
In winter there is snow in some, frozen puddles that crash at the passage of bikes, snowy fields and white peaks.. a cure for the mind and body!
