A day of fun and strong contact with nature on the Umbrian hills.
You will be explained how the natural harvest takes place, tasting the grapes to understand the ripening and picking the grapes in a box to take to the cellar. Then a nice tour of the places where the wine is produced and matured in oak barrels.
To finish a tasting of 2 wines paired with a cutting board with a selection of cured pork of Cinta Senese, pecorino cheese paired with jams/ honey, various bruschetta and EVO oil, tastings of legumes.
