Chef Yvonne will be ready to welcome you: a nice apron, ready ingredients on the table and some pictures of the recipe.
Once ready, he will teach you how to make traditional pesto with the use of mortar and pestle. You start to put the ingredients gradually in the mortar, while the chef will tell you the story and origin of one of the most famous sauces in the world.
A few minutes and the pesto is ready! Now you can taste your work, along with the typical focaccia made by the chef, and a glass of wine from the Cinque Terre.
The cooking course is available every day at 11:00, except Monday, from April to September.
