1st day
Arrival in San Venanzo, ancient town on the hills of Umbrian countryside. Free visit to Vulcanological Park with the ancient ancient craters, and mineral rock that derives from lava flows.
Accommodation in holiday farm, welcome dinner with local speciality and overstay night.
2° giorno
Cooking class in the farm: from fresh hand made pasta to the typical Umbrian "torta al testo", the chef will you explane the secret of italian cuisine. After cooking class you'll enjoy the lunch together.
