1° day
Tour in Montefalco, town placed in a dominant position over the valleys of Topino and Clitunno rivers, very famous around the world for Sagrantino Wine, the local red wine that reflects the scents and the true flavours of the area. Wine cellar tour and wine tasting (optional on request). Accommodation in 4stars hotel & spa near Foligno. Tasting menu in the hotel restaurant and overnight stay.
2° day
Explore the ancient town of Spoleto, its beautiful Romanesque Cathedral, the Albornoz fortress and the Towers Bridge, impressive 13 century aqueduct dominating the valley. (optional on request) Lunch: tasting menu elaborated with high quality local product, truffles, local wine. Free time relaxing in SPA or to take a walk in historical centre of Foligno, important umbrian city rich in traditions. Tasting menu in the hotel restaurant and overnight stay.
3° day
Full day outdoor activities in Altolina Park, around Menotre River valley. 1 hours horse riding training included. Lunch on your own. Trekking in the area, mountain bike and quad bike excursion (optional on request).
