Breakfast at the hotel. Meeting with the cycling guide and pick up the bike for a tour starting from Narni that will take you to the Rock of Albornoz.
Then you'll descend to the cycle path that follows the course of the Nera river, inside the deep rocky Gorges that this crosses before flowing into the Tevere river You'll admire the roman brigde of Augusto ruins. During the journey you'll meet the small village of Stifone, which will be accessed by a pedestrian bridge; this small and characteristic village, overlooks a stretch of river with crystal clear waters, due to the particular presence of sources with a large capacity. Wine and oil tasting in a farm in combination with typical products. Return to hotel and overnight stay.
