Two days dedicated to the discovery of Narni, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, its history, mysterious places and the surrounding landscape: the Nera Gorge, a pathway that winds along the river and shows enchanting corners.

1st day
Arrival in Narni, which in the 18th century became one of the destinations of the Grand Tour of European nobles and was appreciated by artists who depicted its natural and architectural beauty.

Departure with environmental guide for a soft trek along the Nera Gorge: the cycle path that runs along the river Nera, recovered from the old railway track. From the Roman remains of the Augustus Bridge we reach the village of Stifone, nestled in the clear waters of the river, where the remains of one of Italy's first hydroelectric power stations are visible.

The route continues along the ancient Roman port, the shipyard and reaches the Domus Octavia, the ancient villa of Pliny the Younger's mother-in-law, now the atelier house of the artist Alvaro Caponi.

A short distance away are the Mole di Narni: crystal-clear blue waters squeezed into the Nera Gorge where you can relax for a snack. At the end of the tour, accommodation in hotel, dinner with local specialities and overnight stay.
