Arrival in the early afternoon in Alba, in the heart of the Bassa Langa land famous for truffles, products and beautiful landscapes bordered by vineyards, now part of the UNESCO heritage.
Visit a famous winery already active in 1800 and the museum. At the end of the visit, tasting of wines paired with typical products. Dinner in the Langa with typical menu.
2nd day
Check out in the morning and departure for the Roero, in the small town of Montà d'Alba, surmounted by a castle.
Meeting with the experts who will guide you in a truffle research activity, illustrating the research techniques and characteristics of this renowned product.
At the end of the activity there will be a tasting of truffle-based products and a glass of wine. Free afternoon and return.
