An e-bike tour to explore Umbria, cycling through vineyards and olive groves towards the villages of Spello, Montefalco, Bevagna and Foligno.

You will discover authentic Umbria with a tour among hills dotted with olive trees, vineyards and medieval villages considered among the most beautiful in Italy.
Accompanied by an expert local guide, you will cycle in a group towards Spello, with its flower-filled alleys, Montefalco, home of the famous Sagrantino DOCG, Bevagna, with its Roman and medieval soul, up to Foligno and Rasiglia, the "village of waters", where time seems to have stopped.

During the trip you can live authentic experiences such as tastings of typical products, meetings with local producers and moments of sharing. This itinerary is perfect for those who want to combine discovery with a passion for cycling, and with pedal assistance you will move easily through the suggestive routes, to discover the cultural and gastronomic heritage of this region.

N.B. The tour is planned in two formulas: 3 days or 5 days.

First day

The journey begins in the heart of Umbria: Foligno, a lively and authentic city, perfectly nestled among the rolling Umbrian hills. Arrival independently in the afternoon and hotel accommodation. After the briefing, a dinner awaits you, it will be the perfect opportunity to get to know the group and the local guide who will accompany you during the tour.
We will share the program for the next few days and the first curiosities about the destinations we will visit, among certified villages, peasant traditions and excellent wine production. Rest in the hotel, ready to set off to discover Umbria on your e-Bike!

Second day

We are ready to go on our ebikes to discover the green heart of Umbria. The first stop is Montefalco, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, nicknamed the "Ringhiera dell'Umbria" for its views that embrace the entire Umbrian Valley. We will follow one of the panoramic paths of the Strada del Sagrantino, a route immersed in hills planted with vines and olive trees. At lunch for those who want a tasting of typical Umbrian products. We will calmly return towards Foligno, enjoying the secondary roads that cross uncontaminated countryside and relaxing views. In the evening dinner in a typical restaurant.

Third day

With our e-bikes we will leave for Assisi. We will visit its center and the Basilica of San Francesco and free lunch. In the afternoon, along the way back, the ancient Romanesque village of Spello awaits us. Dinner at a typical restaurant.

FOR THOSE WHO CHOOSE THE 3GG/2NT WEEKEND:
Direction Spello to visit its historic historic center. From here you go up towards two small villages surrounded by olive trees: Collepino and San Giovanni. On the way back you will cycle on the old Roman aqueduct until you reach the hotel. Greetings are in the early afternoon, around 1pm.

Fourth day

Today you will discover an authentic corner of Umbria: the Foligno mountains. You will cross an enchanting forest with wild charm by e-bike to Rasiglia, the suggestive "village of streams", famous for its crystal clear waters that flow between stone houses and ancient mills. After a break, if you want you can treat yourself to a taste of typical Umbrian products for lunch.
In the afternoon, along the way back, you will cycle to the picturesque village of Pale, among silent paths and rural landscapes that tell the story of Umbrian peasant life. Once you return to the hotel, the last typical dinner awaits you, to toast together to the beauty of this journey through villages, nature and authentic flavours.
