This version, for cycling enthusiasts, of the most famous "St. Valentino's way" is a 190 km trek that visits the pilgrimage sites associated with the saint, featuring a circular route starting from Terni that will lead you to discover places associated with Valentine such as: The Sanctuary of Madonna dell'Ulivo, Arrone, and Narni.

1st Day: From Terni to Arrone
Starting from the Basilica of St. Valentine located on the outskirts of the city, immediately adjacent to a hilly area, the route quickly ascends into the countryside (first through olive groves and then into the forest). (Distance: 52 km Elevation gain: +1808 m -1719 m)

2nd Day: From Arrone to Madonna dell'Ulivo
Departing from Arrone and then continuing towards the surrounding hills, the road winds through enchanting landscapes and protected natural areas. The bike path partially follows the course of the Nera River, offering glimpses and ideal spots for a relaxing break.?(Distance: 51 km Elevation gain:+1836 m -1888 m)

3rd Day: From Madonna dell'Ulivo to Narni
The third day resumes with a more adventurous stretch. Today's stage holds architectural and natural surprises. 4th Day: From Narni to Terni
The fourth and final day of the St. Valentine's Path by Bike concludes with the return to Terni. The road from Narni to Terni is relatively calm, with flat stretches that allow for enjoying the last views of the Umbrian countryside. Once in Terni, a final visit to the Basilica of St. Valentine provides a moment to reflect on the journey completed and on the spiritual and historical significance of the route.
