Villa Caprese is a rustic residence located in the province of Arezzo, in the south of Tuscany.

Outside the Villa is enriched by a beautiful courtyard of one hectare, with a green lawn and relaxation areas to fully enjoy the view of the Tuscan hills.

The interiors fully reflect the exterior architecture: rough stone walls and white stucco can be meet in all rooms. In living areas it almost seems to be catapulted into the past, with a huge fireplace, floor and rough wood ceiling. The resting areas are rustic and very romantic, with canopy beds and soft colours. The 3 rooms have 2 bathrooms and the structure can accommodate up to 6 people.

The green hills are also the backdrop to the beautiful private swimming pool, which overlooks the Arezzo's countryside. On the patio surrounding the pool there are relaxation areas equipped for dinners and lunches in company.

Villa Caprese is a great refuge against stress and can represent a romantic getaway for couples or a place of tranquillity for families or small groups of friends.
