Loading... The Gran sasso is the highest mountain of Central Appennine, it's the most known and it's a piont of reference for who loves touring, Alpinisme and ski. It's inside a National Park. It's different from the Alps or the Dolomites, the Gran Sasso is a mountain with own features. The excursions are in wonderfull places and for who is more beaviour, there will be the top of Corno Grande and the top of Corno Piccolo. The begin is at Prati di Tivo with possibility to sleep in a hostel.
