Meeting with the guide in the morning and visit of the necropolis of Monterozzi, a UNESCO heritage site, with its famous chamber tombs painted between the sixth and second centuries. B.C. Following entrance to the National Archaeological Museum housed in the Vitelleschi palace, where it is possible to admire a vast collection of funerary objects and rich sarcophagi, in addition to the famous terracotta winged horses that decorated the temple of the ancient Etruscan Tarquinia.

Lunch (not included) and continuation to Tuscania: visit of the San Pietro hill, nucleus of the first Etruscan settlements in the territory of Tuscania, today dominated by the imposing Romanesque church and its suggestive decorative apparatus. We then move to the foot of the hill to visit the church of Santa Maria Maggiore, a Romanesque-Gothic masterpiece of the Lombard masters, to conclude with a walk through the historic center, surrounded by medieval walls and towers.
