In San Gimignano, in the province of Siena, you'll visit the ancient manor of Cusona.
Always the historic headquarters of the business, a place which echoes the wines and lives of the 994s, the estate extends over an area of 530 hectares where are cultivated, the vines of Vernaccia di San Gimignano and other varieties of white grapes as well as Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vinification and maturing take place in the historic cellars, the bottling and storage are carried out in the new ones.
In conjunction with the visit to the winery offers delicious tasting of four wines paired with their tasting croutons, meats and cheeses, a light lunch really delicious.
