The inland district of Otranto (Puglia) is a charming area with narrow pathways and white roads immersed in a rural landscape typical of Salento.
The excursion will feature a visit to the Valley of Idro with the mysterious byzantine crypt of S. Angelo, the megalithic park of Giurdignano with prehistoric dolmens and menhirs, "Le Costantine" foundation where a group of local women produce textiles working on ancient looms, a lake of bauxite... a very rich and interesting program!!!
tnhere will also be a tasting of local food products at a bakery in Specchia, a stop at Porto Badisco to enjoy a bath in the sea and a gourmet iced coffee with almond milk.
All this while immersed in a breathtaking scenery marked by the dominant elements of olive groves and dry stone walls.
