A taste experience on the Bevagna's hills, where olive oil production has a centuries-old tradition.
Biological family farm, for generations has taken care of the olive cultivation and produce now one of the best extra virgin olive oil of the area.
You can walk in olive grove, more than 5000 trees, to discover the different types of fruit and method of cultivation. The panoramic terrace offer a stunning view ofthe umbrian valley: from Assisi, Spello, Foligno, Trevi e Montefalco; then you can visit the production to learn the different processing.
At the end of the tour a light lunch including:
- tasting bruschetta with extra-virgin olive oil, seasonal grilled vegetables and 'pinzimonio';
- tasting two kind of legumes from territory, with excellent Moraiolo and Frantoio oil. Mixed fresh vegetables with oil and orange. Mushrooms with oil and lemon. Saalami, cheeses and dessert.
