Guided tour into the fascinating world of the bison and guided walk along the enclosures from which it will be possible to see up close the herd of free-roaming bison grazing. The bison has returned to be the protagonist in our wonderful Umbrian territory. In this experience, you will discover the life, history, and daily life of the bison, as well as firsthand experience the ethics and philosophy of our free-range breeding, with minimal human intervention, aimed at the utmost respect for its well-being. The breeding farm is located within a 34-hectare estate at the foot of Panicale, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, in the area of Lake Trasimeno Park. During the walk, you will also have the opportunity for bird watching, so keep your binoculars handy because you will easily encounter some of the birds that inhabit our estate (peregrine falcon, owl, tawny owl, pheasant, cuckoo, woodpecker, quail, partridge, hoopoe, and a wonderful grey heron that lives in our lake). You will also discover how every part derived from the bison is valued for the creation of tailored garments and cosmetics. At the end of your visit, you too will be enchanted by the tenderness, lightness, and unique flavor of bison meat.
