A special day in an ancient estate immersed in the centuries-old woods of the Umbrian Valley, in the Trevi countryside.
A unique place where there is a charming Romanesque church with fourteenth-century frescoes and early Christian finds offering an enchanting view. A place deeply linked to the truffle: inside the reserve there are all kinds of precious white wines that the quarrymen find along the bank of the Maroggia torrent, to the black intoxications of the upper areas of Manciano, Ponze and Pigge.
The day begins with a guided tour of the Romanic Church, continues with a walk in the estate in search of truffles accompanied by expert quarrymen, and faithful dogs, who will explain the secrets of a tradition that has remained unchanged over the centuries.
After the hunt the experience ends with a brunch: egg with white truffle, pecorino cheese and bruschetta (wines not included).
An experience that delights the palate and inebriates the senses!
Please note: the autumn-winter period is the most interesting period because the three most important truffle varieties follow each other.
