A convivial atmosphere, a workshop to learn local and regional recipes, handed down over time and made with simple and genuine quality products.
During the cooking lesson you will prepare homemade pasta, enhance meat and legume recipes with wild herbs and local extra virgin olive oil.
At the end of the lesson you will taste the complete menu created (first course, second course with side dishes and dessert) and comment on all the preparations in combination with the excellent wines from the vineyard!
The lesson includes a visit to the cellars and a booklet of the recipes prepared, a certificate and a souvenir.
