Live the truffle hunt and taste the excellence of the territory!
You will reach an organic farm located on the hills of Perugia. In the company of expert cavers and faithful hounds you will start the fun experience of truffle hunting in the wooded area where the farm, through a walk of about 1km that passes by olive grove and pond.
At the end of the walk you will enjoy an abundant "breakfast" of the country: a platter with cured meats, pecorino cheese with jams/ honey, bruschetta with organic extra virgin olive oil and Trasimeno bean in combination with two wines produced by the cellar.
Please note that: SUMMER TRUFFLE: harvest period from the last Sunday of May to 31 August WINTER TRUFFLE: from 01 January to 15 March.
N.B. The experience requires a minimum of 6 participants to be confirmed.
