Discover the fascinating essence of Sardinia on a tour that will take you to the heart of the majestic limestone massif of the Supramonte. This adventure is a real immersion in the history and environment of one of the most suggestive parts of the island.
The initial route crosses a fascinating limestone plateau, the largest in Sardinia, and winds through spectacular canyons (codulas), crossing luxuriant holm oak woods, until it reaches an ancient millennial yew tree, proclaimed a natural monument. A few steps from there, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the archaeological history of Sardinia, admiring a remarkable Tomb of Giants. You will then continue on foot along a short and intense path that will lead you to the entrance of the suggestive Gorropu Canyon, until you reach an enchanting karst lake.
During the journey, you will cross an area of ??considerable environmental and landscape importance, having the opportunity to spot grazing animals such as cows, goats, sheep and pigs. It will be an authentic and immersive experience that will allow you to get in touch with the wild nature of this unique region.
The experience will culminate with a delicious aperitif, where you can taste the best cheeses, cured meats and the renowned Cannonau of the area. All products are locally sourced, linked to local tradition and carefully selected to offer you an authentic gastronomic experience.
