Carriage tour through the vineyards to discover the organic philosophy and production. Wine tasting in combination with a platter of local products. In the afternoon free time to visit the historic center of Assisi, UNESCO heritage, and the basilicas dedicated to San Francesco with the famous frescoes masterpiece made by master Giotto.
If you want you can reach the Eremo delle Carceri, ancient place of prayer of San Francesco located on the slopes of Mount Subasio (5 km from the city, also reachable through an urban trekking route).

Experience of truffle hunting in an ancient estate near Trevi, accompanied by expert quarrymen and the infallible smell of dogs, which will illustrate the tradition and seasonality of the product. Tasting based on truffles.
