In the Umbrian hills, surrounded by vineyards, lies one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Torgiano. The experience begins with a walk through the streets of the medieval village famous for Rosso di Torgiano DOCG.
It continues with a visit to the Wine Museum (MUVIT) and the Oil Museum (MOO), museums that tell the story of the excellence of the territory: wine and olive oil.
We then reach the famous local winery. The tour begins with a guided visit to the winery, where you can appreciate the stages of wine-making using the latest technology, the charm of the barrels and barriques, the vault with the best vintages, up to the ageing cave and the sparkling process using the classic method.
The visit concludes with a tasting of two wines and a light lunch (tastes to choose from the à la carte menu) at the Cantina Lungarotti wine shop.
