It is not a simple visit, but a real oenological training experience in Salento!

After the guided tour of the cellars, the production, bottling and aging of the wine is provided, a splendid walk is offered among the characteristic vines and sapling that grow in the shade of majestic secular olive trees and ancient farmhouses. Later you can visit the old family mill, which has become the setting for a space for sharing: the wine museum and the sales point.

Finally, there will be a tasting based on EVO oil of own production with homemade bread, 4 wines paired with a typical Salento lunch (appetizer, first course, second course), 1 passito wine or grappa paired with a typical dessert, coffee.

N.B. The estimated time for the exercise of the experience is at 10:30. Visits take place from Monday to Saturday. The winery is closed on Saturdays, so the visit of the vineyards will be carried out more accurately. The movements between the winery, the vineyards and the wine cellar are provided with own vehicles.
