An unusual journey into taste at a winery, where you'll be the protagonist of an engaging cooking class dedicated to traditional Umbrian recipes. Guided in the preparation of typical dishes, you will discover ingredients, techniques and small secrets of local cuisine, in an informal and convivial environment, in close contact with the agricultural and productive reality.
To make the experience even more special, each participant will be given a personal kit consisting of an apron, notepad, and tasting cup bag, to use during the activities and keep as a memento of the experience.

At the end of the course, everyone at the table for a convivial lunch with the dishes prepared during the lesson, accompanied by the company's wines, to conclude together an experience that combines taste, tradition, conviviality, and local culture.
